HEV-5 | Carbide End Mills

The 5 flute design of the HEV-5 provides a significant lift in tool life and productivity, while increasing feed rates over 4-fluted tools. Its variable pitch geometry, high flute count, and Aplus coating make it excel in tough materials like steels, high temperature alloys, and titanium.

Each file is specifically scaled to the geometry of the tool to help simulate running parameters and create tool paths. Like our speeds & feeds charts, these files will be continuously updated with the introduction of new products and new catalogs to assist operating the majority of our tools.
