HEV-6 Square

The HEV-6 is designed for ferrous materials, high temperature alloys, and titanium, and is built for excellence in High Efficiency Milling (HEM) applications. Its variable pitch design and high flute count make it a durable and long-lasting tool, even in tough materials.

Each file is specifically scaled to the geometry of the tool to help simulate running parameters and create tool paths. Like our speeds & feeds charts, these files will be continuously updated with the introduction of new products and new catalogs to assist operating the majority of our tools.
