HPCM | Carbide End Mills

Introduced in 2016, the HPCM is a completely unique chamfer cutter design. The helical flute geometry and flat tip geometry provide significant boosts in performance over straight-fluted chamfer cutters, and the high flute count and Aplus coating make these tools capable of handling tough applications.

  • 3 and 5 flute options helically ground with positive axial rake and clearance
  • Helical flute geometry results in superior part finish
  • Flat tip diameter for programming accuracy and increased strength
  • h6 shank tolerance for high precision tool holders

Each file is specifically scaled to the geometry of the tool to help simulate running parameters and create tool paths.
